Well I found what I was looking for followed by great customer service at the register. Friendly hellows from the clerk with a (have a good day) on my way out. Totally satisfied with the way they run business there.

I tried to buy a nice bottle of tequila last night, but the process was unnecessarily confusing and frustrating. After waiting in the regular checkout line, I was told I needed to go to customer service, where someone would retrieve the bottle and ring me up. No problem—I went to customer service and waited, even though no one was stationed there. A couple of employees noticed I needed help and tried to get someone’s attention, but the employee working nearby was busy assisting a customer at self-checkout. I continued waiting patiently. Eventually, another employee brought the bottle to self-checkout and told me the employee there would ring me up once he finished helping the other customer. When he finally came over, however, he spoke to me in a scolding and condescending manner, saying he could not ring up alcohol there because of state law. I had simply followed the instructions given to me by multiple employees, so I did not appreciate being spoken to as though I had done something wrong. The Pokemon Machine at this location clearly says “No Loitering” Yet without miss nearly every time someone will be camped out in front of it from opening until closing Before even walking in the door I often joke to my roommate “I bet you someone will be camping out in front of the machine today” Yesterday two people were just sitting in the disabled / electric chairs waiting for the Pokemon Machine to restock This is the case nearly every single time I visit - the same people camping in front of the machine Other Vons locations enforce the no loitering policy very efficiently not sure why management here doesn’t

Store 2825, Oxnard California.... I'm from Tucon area. I needed help to find everything in a hurry. Amazingly enough.. an employee Rebekah A. Did all she could without leaving her area. She took her time to make sure I knew where everything was..she had smiles all the time. Asked over and over again are you sure you have everything you need? Gave us a hand basket since I was holding alot of the items.. An amazing person/ employee for Vons Market... Employee of the? Forever Thank You! I was so pleased I got everything I needed 😌 and more...

Has what I need. Quick in and out. Be wary for parking as it is sometimes full. Cashiers are nice and I appreciated seeing three open cashiers versus just one for a line of people. Self checkout is also an option too.
